2. Artwork Sales and Licensing
a. Sales: The purchase of any artwork is subject to availability. PATRICIA ARIEL STUDIO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason.
b. Licensing: All artworks are sold with the understanding that the artist retains the copyright and intellectual property rights. Any use beyond the original purchase (e.g., reproduction, distribution, public display) requires explicit written permission from the artist.
3. Pricing and Payment
a. Pricing: All prices are in American dollars and are subject to change at the discretion of PATRICIA ARIEL STUDIO. Prices listed do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
b. Payment: Payment must be received in full before the artwork is shipped or delivered. Accepted payment methods include PayPal and Stripe.
4. Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping: PATRICIA ARIEL STUDIO will make reasonable efforts to ensure that artworks are securely packaged and shipped in a timely manner. Time window for handling and shipping is 8-14 business days. The buyer is responsible for any shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes associated with the delivery.
b. Delivery: While PATRICIA ARIEL STUDIO strives to meet estimated delivery dates, these dates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur.
5. Returns and Refunds
a. Returns: PATRICIA ARIEL STUDIO accepts returns in case the artwork does not meet the buyer's expectations. In such cases, the buyer must notify the studio within 5 (five) days of receiving the artwork. All return expenses and insurance are covered by the buyer.
b. Refunds: Refunds will be issued for returned artworks upon return and inspection. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
6. Copyright and Reproduction
a. Copyright: The artist retains all rights to the artwork, including the right to reproduce the artwork for promotional purposes.
b. Reproduction: The buyer agrees not to reproduce or use images of the artwork without the express written permission of the artist.
7. Privacy Policy
PATRICIA ARIEL STUDIO respects the privacy of its customers. Personal information collected during transactions will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling orders and will not be shared with third parties.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Washington, USA, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of PATRICIA ARIEL STUDIO.
